Consulting Tasks/Deliverables:

  • Research into how C19 has changed the physical world in which the users live and work, and how that ripples into how the technology must adapt and support

  • The impact of “work from anywhere” on the user-base: is it here to stay? What aspects of operations (support, training, consulting) will change? How will the WFA concept impact the product roadmap? Example: C19 has turbo-charged the need for a quality cloud mobile solution as the primary UI for most users.

  • Help shape marketing and sales messaging to continue to show value of solution to the prospects. Challenging given various industries impacted differently (some much busier, some much slower). Example: importance of emphasizing tailored impact of importance of “lean” operations including promoting best practices such as 5S, kaizen, Six-Sigma, etc.
